Hi, I'm Kristin—proud owner of Mom on Doody! I live in Fenton, Missouri, with my husband, our three boys, and our husky. I was put on this earth to be a mom! Being a mom is my greatest joy and purpose, and everything I do is rooted in the values I strive to pass on to my children: kindness, strength, passion, and hard work. This begins with not just teaching them these values, but also demonstrating what it means to embody them in our everyday lives.
My love for animals—especially dogs—started early. I grew up in a home full of pups, and caring for them wasn’t just a chore, it was something I loved. That passion is what inspired me to start Mom on Doody. As a dog owner myself, I know how much joy and comfort our pets bring us. They’re family, and I treat every pet I care for as if they were my own.

Your frequency of service depends on how many dogs you have, how often you use your yard, and how often your dog poops. Most dogs poop twice a day and generate around 275 pounds of poop a year. For this reason, we most typically recommend weekly service. If you have 4 or more dogs, we recommend twice a week service. Of course, the clean up frequency is entirely up to you and whatever fits your needs the best.
Yes, definitely. It is not required, but it will help us out and make it easier to find all the dog poop throughout the lawn.

Your rate depends on the number of dogs you have, your clean up frequency, and what services you are using. We charge on a monthly basis and collect payment before service starts on the 1st of every month. If you start mid month, we will prorate your account. Pricing is based on your rate, by 52 weeks, over 12 months. If you would like to add any services throughout the month after you have paid, your following bill will reflect those services. If you wish to cancel or temporarily pause services after you have paid, we will send a credit back to your account. We accept cash or venmo.
No, it is not required you are home when we come clean up. We will always send you a text message when we are on the way so you are kept in the loop. All we ask is that we are able to enter your yard through the gate, so please keep it unlocked and accessible. We will never hop fences or gates. If we cannot enter, we will attempt to contact you. If we don't hear from you for 15 minutes, we will skip your cleaning and you will still be charged.
Yes, we are happy to work while dogs are in the yard. However, if your dog is aggressive please keep them inside while we work. We will always look around the yard from outside the fence or gate before we enter to make sure it is safe.
Upon signing up, we will communicate with you what day we will be by to scoop your yard. We will do our best to communicate a time as well, but most times are subject to change. We will always send you a text when we are on the way (generally 15-30 minutes out), and right before we enter through your gate.
No, but to begin service, you must read our Terms of Service. The Terms of Services simply permits Mom on Doody to be on your property to perform our services and outlines our policies and procedures.
Yes, of course. All of our materials are thoroughly cleansed and sanitized after each customer we service. Our lawn deodorizer is 100% pet, people, and eco friendly. It helps eliminates odors and reduce lingering flies.
If the weather is too awful to work in, we will cancel services for that day. If it is a light rain and conditions aren't terrible, we will perform services. If services are canceled, we will most likely come out the next day. We will communicate thoroughly with you.

Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to pet waste removal services from Mom on Doody LLC.
Terms of Service:
Mom on Doody LLC is an independently owned and operated business (“us”, “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste management services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. We guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. You agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sale and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for you, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
Dog Waste Removal Service:
Mom on Doody LLC offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Cleaning, Weekly Cleaning, and Twice Weekly Cleaning. All pricing is based on the rate, by 52 weeks, over 12 months. Pricing is based on a number of factors that include, but are not limited to, the number of dogs, clean up frequency, and the products subscribed to.
Access To Your Property:
By hiring Mom on Doody LLC, you are granting Mom on Doody LLC access to your designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If Mom on Doody LLC is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and the customer will be charged for full price of service. With that said, we will do our absolute best to come back the same day. These reasons include but not limited to: the access area being locked, blocked, or aggressive dog(s) in the yard. Please be patient with us if instances like this occur.
Mom on Doody LLC technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home unless previously agreed upon with Mom on Doody LLC owner.
Weather:
Mom on Doody LLC will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. Mom on Doody LLC is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week or another day of the scheduled week, weather permitting. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the week prior. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
Holidays & Days Off:
Mom on Doody LLC closes 14 days throughout the year for vacation. We will not charge you during these vacation days. In addition, Mom on Doody LLC does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these holidays, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up due to a holiday. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior. Monthly Rate is still based on 52 weeks.
Billing:
Mom on Doody LLC pre-bills monthly for our service.
Your account will be charged on the 1st of each month for service. If you do not pay before the next service date, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, Mom on Doody LLC will turn your account over to collections.
Pricing:
Mom on Doody LLC pricing is determined based on service area and can be subject to change at any time. Mom on Doody LLC will notify you of these changes. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time. By ordering regular Mom on Doody LLC service, you are authorizing Mom on Doody LLC to charge your card the 1st of the month in correlation with your chosen frequency of service, number of dogs, and what services you are using. The customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin.
Service Options:
Service options are solely based on service area. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying Mom on Doody LLC of any changes in number of dogs, frequency of services, or services you would like to add or cancel. Customer is also responsible for notifying Mom on Doody LLC of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.
Leaves, Debris, Tall Grass, Etc:
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible.
Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with that days scheduled service, simply let us know. We will come back to the property free of charge and redo the yard until you, the customer, is satisfied.
Liability:
Mom on Doody LLC assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Terms of Service of Changes:
Mom on Doody LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
Terms of Service of Intellectual Property:
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mom on Doody LLC

Privacy Policy
We may collect personal information from you on our sites or through any other digital or personal communications with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you, the Customer, and may include information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and physical address. Our site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our Customers for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Mom on Doody LLC use only. We will never sell your information.
We may use technology such as Email, SMS (Text Messages) or other such means to help automate our customer service to you as a client including items such as scoop service confirmation and reminders.
Email is not a secure form of transmission. As such, we do not recommend you submit sensitive or personally identifiable information via email. If you choose to provide us with personal information in an email we may use the email and information in it to improve our service to you or to respond to your request.
We may provide Customer information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
